The Earnshaw & Medius House project is based in the heart of London’s West End.
The Earnshaw & Medius House project comprises an 11-story, BREEAM Outstanding 231,000 sq ft mixed-use commercial office, and a 29,000 sq ft BREEAM Excellent block of 18 residential apartments with both buildings having retail and restaurant units located on the ground floor. The project commenced in July 2021 and is set to be completed by January 2023.
Marcoe’s scope includes the following packages Full Electrical Shell & Core infrastructure, HV/LV Submains, 10 Floors of CAT-A Fit Out, and Fit Out of Residential Apartments.
