LDP (Goldman Sachs)

The London Development Project next to Holborn Viaduct is the European headquarters for global investment bank Goldman Sachs.

The building consists of nine floors and approximately 78,000 sq m of state of-the-art, low energy office space for nearly 6,000 staff.

Marcoe carried out the complete fire alarm installation throughout the amenities areas and the third to seventh floors.

Marcoe successfully completed the project in 2019.
