The Nova Victoria project comprises approximately 83,000 square metres across two office blocks, a residential building constructed on top of a common basement.
It is an island site with both public realm and green space areas. The scope of works undertaken on the project included all off-site manufactured service modules. Our on-site works included all of the Shell and Core, and the CAT-A office spaces where we undertook the low-voltage distribution, containment systems, small power, lighting, and lighting control.
The project was carried out for Mace MEP with successful completion in 2020.
