Compromising of two buildings; Tower at 17-storeys and The Block at 8-stories, Space House in a redevelopment of the Civil Aviation Authority building.
Space House delivers 225,000 sq ft of prime Grade A offices along with a 16,500 sq ft underground events space inclusive of a double height auditorium.
Our scope included the full electrical shell and core infrastructure, including installation of Busbar, Primary Containment, LV Submain Cabling, LV Panels, Panel Boards and Distribution Boards, Secondary Containment, Small Power and Lighting, Lighting Control, Testing and Commissioning inclusive of LVAP duties and implementation of our Electrical Safe Systems of Work.
The project was successfully completed in 2024.
