Virtus LON 10 is a 6.6MW Uptime Tier III accredited data centre that forms part of the Virtus Slough Data Centre Campus.
The project comprises 3000 sq m of net technical space divided over three data halls designed to a BREEAM Excellent rating with additional office space for the client.
Marcoe successfully delivered multiple packages on this project in October 2020 Our scope included the full Shell & Core primary containment, 11kV and LV submain cabling, distribution boards, secondary containment, small power and lighting, and the CAT-A fit-out of the data halls.
Marcoe assisted the client team with pre-commissioning and commissioning support throughout the project.
