Mark has been a Managing Director, Director and Partner at Marcoe for over 25 years.
He has overseen the development of the Company into one of the foremost, respected contractors in the UK, which has made Marcoe the preferred choice for some of the highest profile projects in the UK.
Mark takes great pride in the business reputation and profile which has been established after the successful completion of a vast range of construction contracts.
John is the Operations Director at Marcoe and has worked with us for 21 years.
As Operations Director, John oversees the successful completion of contracts. He focuses on supporting project teams and client relationship management.
John continually reviews progress on projects, ensuring that safety, quality and customer expectations are being exceeded.
David was appointed as a Board Director in 2021. His role includes the leadership of the commercial teams from pre-construction to successful handover.
David’s role is client-facing and he regularly meets with existing and potential clients to ensure projects are running smoothly.
Mark was appointed as a Board Director in 2021 and has worked with the company for over 20 years.
Mark is the Senior Project Director and is responsible for the delivery of Marcoe’s main projects.
Ian was re-appointed as a non-executive Director in 2021 and provides independent support and advice to the main Marcoe board.
Tom is a Project Director and Principal Duty Holder with the NICEIC at Marcoe.
Tom has a wide remit at Marcoe including being the primary site-based point of contact for clients, working alongside package managers to successfully deliver the project in accordance with the construction programme. Tom also liaises with the quantity surveyor to monitor the commercial aspects of the projects and deliver accurate forecasts to the Board of Directors.
Chris is Marcoe’s Testing and Commissioning Manager, Senior Authorising Engineer and NICEIC QS.
Chris implements and oversees the compliance of the company’s electrical safe systems of work requirements, assessment and appointment of Project Authorised Persons, testing and commissioning on individual projects and overseeing testing supervisors.
Chris has been a registered NICEIC QS since 2004, which includes ensuring the company is compliant with BS 7671 Electricity At Work regulations and building regulations and standards associated with electrical work.
George is a Contracts Manager and has been working for Marcoe since April 2019. His projects have included CMI Slough, Virtus LON 10 and various projects at Royal London and St. Barts Hospitals.
George is currently working on the Earnshaw & Medius House project. His roles include being the onsite client-facing representative, monitoring, forecasting & reporting project costs, as well as managing our specialist subcontractors.
Paul has been working with Marcoe since 2003.
He has been involved with projects from inception to completion in roles from Site Manger, Project Manager and now Pre-Construction Engineer. He works alongside client design teams to iron out any design issues before construction.
Julie is the Finance Manager at Marcoe and has been with the company for nine years.
Her role is to manage the finance and administrative functions across the business, preparing reports, analysis and commentary for the Board of Directors and external stakeholders.
Austin is the Health, Safety and Environment Manger for Marcoe. Over the 12 years that Austin has worked for the business he has established and implemented successful safety and risk management programs that have helped the business win safety awards and achieve an enviable safety record.
Dale is the primary contact for new project enquiries and manages the tender process from initial request through to formal submission, once presented and approved by the Board of Directors.
Dale’s primary focus is to submit a fully compliant and competitive tender submission to our clients.
Dale is an Approved Electrician currently undertaking his HNC in Electrical Engineering.
