HMYOI Polmont

The Glenochil and Polmont prison projects comprised of two house blocks with a total of 534 cells.

Marcoe was contacted by Skanska who wished to utilise PROJECT RECOVERY abilities, as the project was falling behind program and straining the existing supply chain. 

We worked on the program hotspots to recover slippage that had been caused by others.  Our scope of works included the installation of the containment systems the small power lighting and testing and commissioning of those systems.  

The Project was successfully delivered in 2010.
